Please read the following carefully to make a commission.
If you contact me to order a commission, I will understand that you have taken the time to read these terms and conditions.English isn't my first language, please be patient :,).1. PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND REFUNDS
I will start a commission at the time payment is made, but it is also important to understand who comes first in order of arrival. All of this will be indicated in the QUEUE // LISTA section.Prices are NOT debatable. If the price is haggled, I will have the right to decline the commission.
I reserve the right to cancel a commission if I do not feel comfortable before making it (I can decline a commission before it is paid).Payment will be made via PAYPAL, via an invoice. If the client wishes to leave a tip, they must specify this in advance, as the price of the invoices is fixed. (Tips are NOT mandatory; they are a donation from the client.)Payment will be made IN ADVANCE. This money will not be used in case there are any issues with a refund (SPECIFIED BELOW).Refunds:
If the drawing hasn't been started: full refund.
Drawing in process: no refund.Paypal will specify that refunds are not given due to fraud attempts by opening cases on the app. However, if the drawing hasn't been started or is in the sketching process, I will personally handle the refund specified above.2. WORKING METHOD
To know the status or progress of the drawing, you can text me whenever you want, I will give the status of your drawing without problems.
The client will be informed of the progress of the work with updates on the sketch, lineart (if the style has lineart), and final piece (as desired; it's not a problem to provide updates). I accept any changes to the drawing until it is finished, that is, troughout the entire proccess.I have a maximum of 5 free changes. If you don't like something about the work, it's understandable, but the changes should not exceed the limit. For 5 more changes, we would discuss the price in advance.The final work will be sent by email for better quality. If the client doesn't want this, it will be sent via Instagram.I will always be asked if the client wants the drawing to be published on my social media and used as a reference in the commission letter (the reference examples of my work).
The default canvas size will be 2,048 x 2,048 px (square), as it gives me a maximum of 60 layers. If you'd like a larger canvas size, rectangular or similar, please let me know in advance and I'll explain the layers.
However, I'll be using a tool that allows me to increase the pixel count in the finished work for better quality.3. WORKING TIME
Complete execution can take from 2 to 4 weeks depending on the number of people involved and the complexity of the order.
Please be patient, this takes time and my iPad isn't working properly.If I need more time, I will let you know in advance.If you want the drawing for a specific date, an extra charge will be applied due to having to pre-order other orders (depending on the date, the charge will be higher or lower, but never more than half the commission amount).4. USE OF MY ART
The drawing is intended for PERSONAL USE; you can use it as a profile picture, banner, wallpaper, gift, etc.I DO NOT PERMIT OR AUTHORIZE the sale or marketing of my products or designs. If you are interested in creating merchandise or any other type of product, a higher price will apply.

Empezaré una comisión en el momento que se realiza el pago, pero también hay que entender a las personas que van por delante en orden de llegada. Todo esto estará señalado en el apartado QUEUE/ / LISTA.Los precios NO son debatibles. Si el precio es regateado me veré en el derecho de rechazar la comisión.
Queda reservado el derecho de cancelar una comisión si no me siento cómodo antes de hacerla (puedo negar una comisión antes de ser pagada).El pago se realizaría vía PAYPAL, mediante una factura. Si el cliente desea dejar una propina, deberá especificarlo previamente ya que el precio de las facturas es cerrado. (Las propinas NO son obligatorias, son un donativo del cliente).El pago se realizará de manera ANTICIPADA. Ese dinero no será gastado por si hay algún problema con alguna devolución (ESPECIFICADAS ABAJO)Devoluciones:
Si el dibujo no se ha empezado: devolución completa.
Dibujo en proceso: No hay devolución.En Paypal quedará especificado que no se hacen devoluciones debido a los intentos de fraude por abrir casos en la aplicación, pero si el dibujo no se ha empezado o está en proceso de boceto me encargaré personalmente de realizar la devolución especificada arriba.2. MÉTODO DE TRABAJO
Para saber el estado o proceso del dibujo, puede escribirme cuando quiera y le daré información sobre el progreso cuando se requiera.
El cliente será informado del progreso de la obra con actualizaciones en el boceto, lineart (si el estilo lo lleva) y obra final (según quiera, no es molestia dar actualizaciones). Acepto cualquier cambio hasta que la ilustración esté terminada, es decir, en todo el proceso.Tengo un máximo de 5 cambios gratuitos, si no agrada algo de la obra es entendible, mas no exceder los cambios. Para obtener 5 cambios más, se hablaría antes para avisar del precio.La obra final será enviada por correo para mayor calidad. Si el cliente no lo desea, será enviado por Instagram.Será consultado en todo momento si el cliente quiere que el dibujo sea publicado en mis redes y usado como referencia en la carta de comisiones (los ejemplos de referencia de mi trabajo).
El tamaño por defecto del lienzo serán 2.048 x 2.048 px (cuadrado), ya que me proporciona un máximo de 60 capas. Si desea que el tamaño del lienzo sea superior, en forma de rectángulo o similar, avise antes y le hablo sobre las capas.
De todas formas usaré una herramienta que me permite aumentar el número de píxeles en la obra acabada para mayor calidad.3. TIEMPO DE TRABAJO
La realización completa puede tardar de 2 semanas a 4, dependiendo de las personas por delante y la complejidad del pedido.
Se ruega paciencia, el trabajo toma tiempo y mi Ipad no funciona correctamente.Si necesito algo más de tiempo será avisado con antelación.Si quieres el dibujo para una fecha específica, se pondrá un cobro extra por tener que adelantar otros pedidos (depende de la fecha el cobro será mayor o menor, pero nunca mayor a la mitad del dinero de la comisión.4. USO DE MI ARTE
El dibujo está destinado a USO PERSONAL, puedes usarlo de foto de perfil, banner, fondo de pantalla, regalo, etc.NO PERMITO NI AUTORIZO la venta o comercialización de mis productos o diseños, si estás interesado en crear merchandising o cualquier tipo de producto, se establece un precio mayor.
El uso de la IA con mi arte queda totalmente denegado, si detecto uso de IA en mis trabajos no volveré a trabajar con esa persona.Si queda alguna duda, escríbeme un DM en Instagram sin problema alguno. ;)
